Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets

• Design and sell customized tour packages (domestic and international)

• Book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel services

• Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and local regulations

• Prepare and present detailed travel itineraries and cost estimates

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally

• Manage bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and vendors

• Ensure all travel documents are completed and delivered on time

• Resolve customer issues and handle post-travel feedback

• Meet sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
