Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Tele Sales / Sales / Customer Handling

- Candidates with prior telecom or sales experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers

- Promote and sell company products/services over the phone

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM

- Follow up with interested customers to close sales

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

- Good listening skills and clear voice modulation

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)

- Time management and follow-up skills
