Key Responsibilities:

Customer contact: Meeting, calling, and communicating insurance benefits to potential customers (leads).

Understanding the needs: Analyzing the financial situation and future goals of the customers and recommending the right policy.

Building relationships: Acquiring new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers to ensure continued service.

Providing Guidance: Helping customers with the process of policy claims, renewal and documentation.

Target Accomplishment: Achieving monthly or annual sales targets given by the company Requirements

Skills: Educational Qualification: Graduation. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English or local language).Willingness to learn: Eagerness to understand insurance products and market trends.
