Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain TrademarkClub’s services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
