Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives who can communicate effectively with prospective customers, generate leads, explain our services, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products and services in a professional manner.

• Generate and qualify sales leads.

• Follow up with interested customers regularly.

• Convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication is preferred.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).

• Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
