Job Description (JD):
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients from industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
Explain company products/services related to our industry and handle technical/basic commercial queries.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support conversion of industrial customers.
Coordinate with sales, projects, and internal teams for quotations, order processing, and closures.
Maintain accurate call records, lead tracking, and daily reports.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Build long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, and industrial clients.
Handle objections professionally and ensure proper follow-up till closure.
Strictly adhere to company sales processes and reporting structure.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in tele-sales / inside sales within an industrial setup
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of industrial products, or project-based sales
Target-oriented and disciplined approach
computer knowledge (CRM, Excel preferred)
