Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and polite telecaller to handle client communication, follow up on leads, maintain records, and client service activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients and leads for service follow-ups and reminders.

Handle inbound calls and respond to client queries professionally.

Maintain and update client communication records.

Coordinate with internal teams for client updates or document collection.

Follow up on payments, submissions, and pending documentation.

Schedule meetings or appointments for senior staff when required.

Required Skills:

Good verbal Communication.

Basic computer knowledge (Optional)

Confident and polite telephone manners.

Ability to multitask and handle clients efficiently.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Prior experience in telecalling or office coordination will be an advantage.

Office Timing:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Salary: As per experience and interview.
