We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to handle outbound B2B sales calls, generate leads, and coordinate with clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inside sales or telecalling and be comfortable engaging with business clients over phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities
Coordinate with clients regarding product/service details
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in inside sales or telecalling
Good communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
