Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Communicate with relevant customer/ client to clarify the requirement of machine and send Quotation accordingly.

• Ensure Daily Follow-ups to client.

• convert the enquiry into Lead.

• maintain all the Records of follow ups and inquiry.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. candidate must have good communication skill. have ability to speak and understand English.
