Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases to pitch credit card products.
Needs Analysis: Ask the right questions to understand a customer's lifestyle (travel, shopping, dining) and recommend the card that offers them the most value.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of interest rates, annual fees, reward points, and partner tie-ups (e.g., airport lounge access, cashback).
Documentation Support: Guide customers through the digital application process and coordinate the collection of required KYC (Know Your Customer) documents.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call-volume KPIs.
Compliance: Ensure all communication adheres to banking regulations and data privacy protocols.
