Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: New Town
Salary: 12,000 - 14,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain company products/services clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Bengali preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work with targets
