Job Title: Caller Executive (Inbound/Outbound Telecalling) Company Profile: Sogo Teleshopping is a fast-growing company in the Ayurvedic and Health & Wellness industry. We specialize in promoting and selling natural healthcare products through telemarketing and digital platforms across India. Our focus is on providing effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term trust. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information

• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and sales conversion

• Explain Ayurvedic products/services clearly to customers

• Maintain call records and update customer data in the system

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Follow company scripts, policies, and quality guidelines Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

• Experience: 1 to 5 years (Health & Wellness / Telecalling preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)

• Basic computer knowledge
