Telesales officer is responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects. The role involves generating leads, providing information, resolving queries, and promoting products or services while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Maintain a professional and courteous communication manner at all times.
Follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines set by the company.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Identify customer needs and offer solutions or upsell/cross-sell products.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently; escalate complex issues when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Collect and record feedback to help improve customer experience.
