Job Description:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales leads, and close sales. The role involves explaining product features, addressing customer queries, maintaining call records, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and call records
Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines
Required Skills:
