Job Summary: The Inside Sales / Lead Qualification Executive will be responsible for outbound calling and inbound lead follow-up to qualify potential customers from clinics and hospitals. This role focuses on validating leads through calls and other communication channels, understanding requirements, and deciding whether a lead should be progressed to the demo team or closed as non-qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers andintroduce Rymo’s solutions and qualify leads for conducting product demos.
• Follow up on inbound leads from the website, and campaigns via cold calling calls and other social media platforms
• Identify decision-makers, understand requirements, and assess interest for demos. • Update all interactions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and demo teams and follow defined calling and qualification processes.
