About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and persuasive Tele Callers to join our Sales Team in Raebareli. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products/services, and generate quality leads for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Promote company products/services and explain details clearly.
Follow up on leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.
Handle inbound queries politely and efficiently.
Maintain call records .
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification : (Graduation preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge.
