Job Summary:

As a Telesales Representative for Personal Loans, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with potential customers over the phone to inform them about our personal loan products. Your role will focus on identifying client needs, educating them on our offerings, and converting leads into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, warm leads, and follow-up communications.

• Consultative Selling: Understand the customer’s financial situation and recommend personalized loan solutions that best meet their needs.

• Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our personal loan products, terms, and benefits.

• Closing Sales: Drive conversions by closing loan deals and guiding customers through the application process.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Previous telesales, telecalling, or customer service experience is a plus (especially in financial services or loans).
