We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell our 2-wheeler vehicles over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product features, handling customer queries, and converting inquiries into sales appointments or bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote 2-wheeler products.

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding vehicle models, pricing, finance options, and offers.

• Explain product features, specifications, EMI schemes, exchange offers, and benefits.

• Generate and qualify leads from provided databases and marketing campaigns.

• Schedule showroom visits and test rides for prospective customers.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers to close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales status in CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Coordinate with showroom sales team and finance department for smooth deal closure.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
