Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls: Engage with potential clients via phone to present real estate products and services, close deals, and generate revenue.
• Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and handling inquiries effectively.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and developments to effectively answer client queries and provide relevant solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of telesales experience, with a strong preference for candidates from a real estate background.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
• Education: Any graduate; candidates with relevant sales certifications are a plus.
• Preferred: Immediate joiners.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range:• ₹16,000 to ₹28,000 per month, depending on previous compensation and experience.
