Key Responsibilities Include:
● Calling the customer after their hub visit, quoting the price and handling any negotiations in order to make the sale.
● Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
● Managing payments and maintaining a detailed report
● Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
Requirements: ● Relevant work experience in sales/inside sales/ telesales
● Graduation degree
● Good verbal communication skills – English, Hindi, Tamil, Telegu.
