Promote and sell hospitality services (e.g., hotel rooms, banquet halls, corporate packages, tours, memberships).
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maintain a database of customer contacts, interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with hotel or hospitality operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
