Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on real estate leads.

Explain property details, project features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.

Understand customers’ property requirements, budgets, and preferences.

Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into potential sales opportunities.

Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

Follow up with prospective clients to encourage site visits and booking conversions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and deal closures.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

Interest in real estate sales and customer relationship management.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally and confidently.

Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Prior experience in real estate telecalling or telesales will be an added advantage.
