Job Description – Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

Position: Telesales Executive
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Undri Pune
Experience: 1+Years (Real Estate preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through leads.

• Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Schedule site visits and meetings with the sales/closing team.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.

• Update daily call reports, follow-ups, and client details in CRM.

• Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead/site visit targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead closure.

• Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.

Key Skills Required

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.

• Confident on calls with convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets).

Qualification

• Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
