Designation: - Customer Sales/ Tele-Sales Executive.

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. They should be responsible for Customer Sales and follow-up of inquiries given to them. The candidate will be required to interact with our clients the moment a lead is received, on a real-time basis. The customer sales executive will also get incentives apart from Salary.

Job Profile-

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Handle online website inquiries and generate sales through leads by Telecalling, mailing and follow up.

• Candidate should have good communication skills.

• Answer questions of the customers about products and services of the company and try to do the sale.

• Enter and update customer information in the Database.

• Maintain Customer lead Data follow-up on our CRM/Sheet.
