Andromeda – a leading independent Financial firm based in Overall India – is looking for an experienced insurance Team Lead & Sales Advisor's to join our growing team at Noida Location.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Identify and Develop new business Opportunities by generating leads and following up on prospect.

2️⃣ Understand Clients Insurance needs and provide suitable policy options from a range of products.

3️⃣ Present and explain insurance policy features, benefits and coverage to customers in a clear and convincing manner.

4️⃣ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.

5️⃣ Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, claims assistance and post-sale support.

6️⃣ Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory guidelines during the sales process.

🔹 What we’re looking for:

✅ Excellent communication & relationship management skills

✅ Self-driven, able to handle multiple Product Sales

✅ Prior experience in insurance (preferably Health Insurance / Life insurance)

✅ Strong Skills for B2C Retail Sales ( Life/ Health)
