About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join the Profix India team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with customers, and maintaining accurate customer information.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain company products, services, offers, and project details clearly.

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Schedule customer meetings/site visits with the sales team.

• Maintain and update customer/lead information accurately in company records or CRM.

• Record daily calling activities, follow-ups, and lead status.

• Coordinate with the sales team to support the overall sales process.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hindi communication is essential; basic English is preferred.

• Confident and polite telephone manner.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.

• Ability to handle follow-ups and work with sales targets.

• Previous telesales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
