Job Title: Telesales executive

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Role Overview:

We are seeking energetic and multilingualTelesales executives to engage with clients, provide guidance on nutrition and wellness plans, and support overall customer engagement. The role involves handling inbound and outbound wellness-related calls, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle 16–20 assigned leads daily and convert them into active clients.

· Conduct wellness consultations and explain products and health plans.

· Manage follow-up calls and maintain accurate client data.

· Work closely with team leaders to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

· Maintain a professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills in English with fluency in Telugu or Tamil.

· Freshers with B.Sc. Nutrition / Dietetics / Food Science preferred (to align with wellness profile).

· Prior experience in telecalling, healthcare, or sales preferred (freshers welcome).

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
