About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Professionals to join our growing team at PolicyBazaar. The role involves direct field visits, customer engagement, and driving sales of insurance products in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers and explain insurance products.

• Generate leads through on-ground activities, cold visits, and referrals.

• Drive end-to-end sales: pitch, follow-up, documentation, and closing.

• Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure policy conversion and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide accurate and timely updates in CRM and reporting tools.

• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.

1-6 years of experience in Field Sales / B2C Sales / Direct Sales.

• Experience in Insurance Sales is a strong advantage.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Good communication skills in the regional language.

• Comfortable with daily field travel and meeting customers.

• Strong selling and negotiation skills
