Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with domestic flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Provide accurate fare information, flight details, and travel guidelines.
Handle customer queries through phone, email, or in person.
Coordinate with airlines for ticket issuance and related support.
Maintain records of bookings and customer interactions.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/regional languages).
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn ticketing systems.
Ability to work in a team and handle customer concerns politely.
