Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Location: New Delhi, India
Salary: ₹22,000 per month
Job Description:
We are hiring a Telesales Executive for our New Delhi office. The role involves making outbound calls, sharing product or service information with customers, and assisting them over the phone. This is a non-target-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers
Explain products or services clearly
Handle customer queries politely
Follow up with customers as required
Maintain basic call and customer records
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
1+ year experience in telesales/telecalling required
Good communication skills
Hindi mandatory
Basic English required
Punjabi preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed salary: ₹22,000 per month
