We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries professionally, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.

• Handle customer objections politely and professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales team for closing leads and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–2 years experience in telesales/telecalling (freshers can apply depending on company requirement).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are an advantage).

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and good listening skills.

Educational Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
