Outbound & Inbound Sales: Contact prospects to generate leads and convert them into sales, as well as handle inbound inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (quotas).
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, updated records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively pitch benefits and handle objections.
