We are looking for a Telesales Executive – Demat Account & Investment Products to join our team at Motilal Oswal. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calling.

• Explain and promote Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), and Private Equity to prospective customers.

• Understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.

• Assist customers with Demat account opening and investment onboarding.

• Maintain accurate customer records in Excel.

• Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate (Preferred)

• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & Basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Fresher can apply (Training will be provided).

  The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
