Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote and sell our products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication techniques.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales using CRM systems.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities.

• Provide information on products/services and answer any customer questions.

• Collaborate with team members and managers to improve sales strategies.

• Stay informed about product details and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
