Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Voice Process)
Location: T. Nagar, Chennai
Salary: ₹22,000 per month
Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate with prior voice process experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information
Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Follow company communication and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Minimum 1 year in voice process / customer support
Age Limit: 24 – 35 years
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills in English and regional language
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple calls
Basic computer knowledge
