Job Overview:

Mechanic for You is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to manage incoming leads and outbound calls related to Car Denting & Painting services. Your role will involve guiding customers through service options, collecting images of damage, providing estimates, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally and promptly

Explain our Car Denting & Painting services clearly

Request customers to share photos of damaged car panels via WhatsApp

Analyze image-based input and categorize dents as major or minor

Quote prices based on dent type:

₹3700 per panel for minor dents

For major dents, inform customer extra charges will be confirmed after technician assessment

Negotiate prices courteously (minimum price allowed: ₹3500 per panel)

Maintain follow-up for confirmation, pick-up scheduling, and technician visits

Update leads and customer interactions in CRM or Excel sheet

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller, customer care executive, or similar role

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada

Basic understanding of automobiles/denting-painting processes (preferred)

Confident in using WhatsApp, mobile apps, and basic CRM tools

Patient, persuasive, and customer-service oriented
