Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to hostel owners, managers, and decision-makers for hostel onboarding
Explain Looh Hostels’ platform, benefits, and onboarding process clearly
Identify hostel needs and communicate suitable partnership opportunities
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and existing databases
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboardings in the CRM system
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly onboarding targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hostel onboarding
Handle queries, feedback, and objections professionally
Build strong relationships with hostel partners through excellent customer service
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong persuasion and closing ability
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident
