We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales or generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database provided.

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

• Explain the product or service in detail and generate interest.

• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations if required.

• Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Follow up with leads and prospects.

• Provide feedback on customer reactions and market trends.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve performance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages] as required.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
