🔹 Job Role:
Handle inbound calls from patients/customers related to appointments, billing, and general healthcare queries
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service reminders
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems accurately
Ensure high-quality customer interaction while adhering to compliance and HIPAA standards
Meet daily call and quality targets
🔹 Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Prior experience in international voice processes (inbound/outbound) preferred
Comfortable working night shifts (US hours)
Minimum education: HSC or Graduate
Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
🔹 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 (based on experience) + Incentives
🔹 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
