Job Title: Agriculture Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Agriculture Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will connect with farmers and agricultural businesses over the phone, provide information about our agricultural products and services, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to farmers and potential customers.

• Explain agricultural products, services, and promotional offers.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with field sales executives to ensure smooth customer support.

• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or graduate; a degree or diploma in Agriculture is an advantage.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

• Good communication and persuasion skills.

• Knowledge of agricultural products, farming practices, or the agriculture industry is a plus.
