Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive located in Bangalore Urban. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services to prospective clients and meeting assigned sales quotas. You will also engage in cold calling, analyze customer needs, handle objections, and document customer interactions.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center is a plus.
Convert the leads and generate revenue by pitching about the product through calls.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluent in English and *hindi or any south language* is must. one or more regional languages is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of financial services, products, and regulations is a plus
