Job Description:-
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term client relationships, handling customer queries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities'
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide accurate and knowledgeable answers regarding products, pricing, and availability.
3. Maintain and update customer database/records in the CRM system.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Handle and resolve customer complaints/queries related to brand, e-commerce, or shoots effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1 – 3 years.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Excellent problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools is an added advantage.
