Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive who is confident, proactive, and comfortable communicating with new people. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales conversations, understands client needs, and is motivated to close deals. Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly.

Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups

• Clearly explain company services to potential clients (no script reading)

• Attend in-person and online client meetings

• Understand basic marketing and sales funnels

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth deal closures

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (Hindi required; English is a plus)

• Confidence in handling objections and rejections

• Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts

• Willingness to meet clients and represent the company professionally

• Discipline, consistency, and accountability in daily work
