Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated House Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, explaining housing loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate potential leads for home loans through field visits, tele-calling, and referrals.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
Guide customers through the end-to-end loan application process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursement.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in banking/finance).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
