Job Title: International Sales Executive Company: D3 MYDS Location: NSP, Pitampura Shift Timing: US Time Zone Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Working Days: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Off) � � About the Role D3 MYDS is looking for a confident and customer-focused International Sales Executive to communicate with clients based in the United States and sell our technical support services. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and a positive mindset to work in a fast-paced environment. � � Key Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to US-based clients to promote and sell technical support services  Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant solutions  Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally  Maintain high call volume and achieve sales targets  Build and maintain strong customer relationships  Update CRM records and daily reports regularly  Work calmly under pressure and deliver consistent performance � � Required Skills & Competencies  Excellent spoken English with clear communication  Ability to understand US accent (preferred)  Patience and active listening skills  Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities  Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions  Confidence in handling international calls  Target-driven approach with result-oriented mindset  Good knowledge of computer operations and CRM usage
