Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote motor insurance policies.
Explain product features, coverage, premium details, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into successful policy sales.
Follow up with customers for policy renewals and new policy purchases.
Maintain and update customer database in the system.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy issuance.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
