Key Responsibilities:
o Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into policyholder
o Explain the features, benefits, and terms of motor and Health Insurance policies to customers.
o Handle objections, clarify queries, and address customer concerns confidently to close sales effectively.
o Ensure compliance with sales targets and deadlines.
o Keep customers informed about policy renewals, updates, and any new offers.
o Accurately record customer details, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
o Ensure all required documents for policy issuance are collected and submitted correctly.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Experience:
o 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
o Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in sales are also welcome.
· Education:
o Pursuing Graduation or Graduated in any field (preferred).
o Certification or training in insurance sales is a plus.
· Skills Required:
o Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in [mention specific languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages.
o Persuasive and empathetic approach to sales.
o Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
o Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Good understanding of health and motor insurance products (training will be provided).
