Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Panchkula
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives
Work Schedule: Day Shift | 6-day work week | 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, customer service, or outbound calling.
The Admission Counsellor will interact with prospective students and their parents to help them identify suitable programs/courses based on their interests, potential, and academic background. The role involves guiding candidates through the complete admission process and contributing to administrative and counselling activities within the institute.
Provide effective counselling to prospective students for enrollment.
Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate student data.
Support learning and development initiatives related to admissions.
Handle walk-ins, campus visits, and offline admission-related enquiries.
