Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Telesales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves calling customers, explaining products or services, and maintaining professional communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make calls to customers and prospects

· Explain product/service details clearly

· Handle customer queries politely and professionally

· Maintain accurate call and customer records

· Follow up with customers as required

· Coordinate with internal teams when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 1–3 years of experience in telesales or telecalling

· Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Bengali preferred)

· Polite, confident, and convincing communication style
