Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join the HyperScale team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, pitching services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database

• Explain and promote HyperScale products/services clearly and confidently

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into sales

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer objections professionally

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing (preferred)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Good negotiation and closing abilities

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales

• Fluency in English

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
